Do you deliver or allow for pick-up?


Where and when can I pick-up my order/s?

Allow 3-4 days for our staff to reach you for an agreed pick-up date at our showroom in SM City North Edsa or warehouse in Quezon City.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 3-4 days for our delivery team to reach you for an agreed delivery date.

*Delivery period may extend during the pandemic, sale periods, or weather conditions

Do you deliver to areas outside Metro Manila?

For locations not included in the shipping options, please contact us at +639167872824 regarding your order and location, and we will be happy to assist you with your questions. You may also arrange for a 3rd party cargo company to deliver your item for you in which case, please make sure to contact us to coordinate the pickup of your items from warehouse.

Please be advised that we will not be liable for any damages to the items caused by a 3rd party logistics company during transport. We ensure that the items are in good condition and are packaged well before turning it over to the 3rd party cargo company.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Shipping rates will depend on your location. Payment will be collected before delivery. Other charges such as subdivision fees, overnight fees, entrance fees, and such shall be charged to the buyer.

Do you do assembly?

Yes. We assemble the furniture upon delivery for free.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. No refund, exchange, or cancellation of order allowed. 

Conditions of Sale

  1. The buyer is obligated to report in writing any manufacturing defect before the lapse of three (3) working days from delivery. Failure of which, the buyer shall be conclusively deemed to have accepted the items in good order and condition.
  2. Design Source Home shall not cover any damage caused by improper use and reserves the right to refuse requests on items that are deemed as such based on the warranty.
  3. The buyer agrees that all legal actions that may be brought on or by virtue of this transaction shall be in the proper courts of the city of Quezon City to the exclusion of all other venues.

    Other Important Details

    1. Leather is a natural material. Hence, some of the characteristics typically found are:

    a.) variation in tone

    b.) variation in grain

    c.) wrinkles

    d.) scars, stretch marks, veining, insect bites

    2. Actual color of items may differ from the picture due to lighting.

    3. For sofas, there is a 2-year guarantee on mechanism only (moving parts). Further details of the guarantee can be found in the product manual.

    4. For mattresses, there is a 10-year warranty on pocket springs.

    5. For beds, there is a 5-year warranty on bed frames and slats.

    6. Proper care, use, and maintenance of the furniture can also be found in the product manual.
